I love writing, but as you might can tell (is anyone reading this), I haven’t been able to keep up with my projects or work on my stories.
The reason is because I had been living in a shed with no electricity, no water, and only a large McDonald’s cup to pee in. The elements are very harsh. I have had enough outdoors to last a lifetime.
It’s much like a desert–scorching in the day and freezing at night.
The past year has been, well, a HELL of a year that has sent me and my significant other from one state to another in search of a home and jobs.
Finally, things escalated, we began to drive each other mad, and the citizens of the “outstanding community” we were staying in began to say that I was an underage runaway.
The landlord, not wanting to deal with anything, told us we must leave.
So now, here I am, trying to straighten my life out and keep contact with my significant other throughout all of this madness. I’ve been accepted to a local college, where I’ll work on my associates in English this summer whilst living in an apartment within walking distance.
Summer classes will be only six hours a week, so I can also manage a part time job.
Of course, I now will have more time to write and focus on my characters. They’re my children, you see, and I feel bad for neglecting them.
Tomorrow, you can once again download The Gluttony of Murmer for free via Amazon (I’m allowed five days every three month to give away my work for free), and in a month from now I hope for The Envy of Sytri to be in the store, as well.
Please give a warm welcome to my Illustrator, a good friend of mine that I am commissioning to do some cover art for Murmer and Sytri.
Because, let’s face it, my artwork sucks.

Until next time!
